Fulgazi was named after a person named Fulgazi Majumder. Tripura state of India on the west, Parshuram upazila on the north, Feni Sadar upazila on the south and Tripura state of India on the east. The birthplace of many politicians and government senior officials, journalists and dignitaries, in this Phulgazi upazila.

It is necessary to undertake various activities through public and non-governmental efforts to improve the lives of most of the people of this upazila. I believe in the best use of information technology will be possible to deliver public private services to the doorstep of the public.

With the help of all, Fulgazi Upazila is a beautiful, anti-terror, advanced and established as a model upazila.
