Business and Commerce

There are no remarkable large scale industries in this Upazila. A small bag producing industry `The Kazi Leather’ runs its business in Anandapur Union and the products are sold in the local market. Some products of Kazi leather is exported too. Besides, there are many small scale poultry and fisheries projects running their commercial productions.
